This is Sathyapriya, from Vellore ,filing this complaint ,describing that I have placed an order in an online platform, where the ordered item was not delivered on time which is the alloted delivery date which was given to me as a customer.The alloted delivery date was 29th of july 2026 but I haven't received the order yet And I have also tried on reaching the customer service of that particular online delivery app Which the customer service was not satisfied and they haven't give me the proper reason on the delay of my delivery and I'm totally disappointed, frustrated which affected my Mental health !Kindly support and provide me with solution
