For the past nearly two years, I have been consistently facing delivery issues with Amazon. Despite raising multiple complaints, the Amazon support team has repeatedly made false promises without providing any actual resolution. My concerns remain unaddressed, and there seems to be no effective system in place to handle such issues.
Additionally, the contact numbers listed on the Amazon mobile app are often invalid, making it even more difficult to reach support. After a few attempts to contact customer care, access itself appears to be restricted, which is highly inconvenient.
Orders marked as “out for delivery” are frequently not delivered, and no genuine delivery attempts are made by the agents. Instead, the status is falsely updated as “delivery attempted” and redirected back to the warehouse team. This reflects a lack of accountability and misleading tracking updates.
Even after repeatedly reporting these issues, no proper action has been taken by the Amazon team. The lack of responsiveness and resolution is extremely disappointing.
