Complaint mailed to LG Customer Care and also to their CEO.
We have purchased LG65" model no - LG65C3PSA from LG Showroom, panjagutta on 2nd June 2024, The OLED TV was worked fine initially and had screen burn from june 2025, we observed it and later lodged complaint to LG Service center no in July, the technicican visited, checked the TV and confirmed that the display has to be replaced and he raised a service request after which the Display panel was replaced in Sep 2025, now we are facing the same problem as the Screen is showing black burns and we are not happy with LG product as such in this regard. We would like to return the product;
They have acknowledged to my mail with reference - No - Reference No : GCP251229025509, but no updates
we have no interest in getting the display screen replaced again, though the warranty is valid till 2027.
We have escalated the service problem request to LG's customer care email ID and their CEO's email ID, and have been receiving calls daily to date. All the callers ask what the problem is and offer sincere apologies, stating that they will come back to us soon. So, what's going on here?
Pls do the needful in collecting the OLED TV at the earliest and refund our money back as i am paying EMIs for the worst OLED TV that im using today and claiming for Rs.2,25,000.00 at the earliest.
