Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have ordered an Apple product from Flipkart which was sold to me as an old and used product. It has patches of dust on the product and on the box. The pictures of these have been shared with the flipkart team.

This electronic product has a manufacturing date of September 2023 which was nowhere mentioned on the product page. I would have not bought this product which is so old.
I had raised this compliant within 30 minutes of delivery and it was assured to me that the product will be returned and refund will be granted. However, this is now rejected citing that the seller has no return policy.
The Flipkart team has not provided any resolution to this issue so I would like to raise a formal complaint to your office. Please guide on further steps to be taken.
