Ola shut down all service centre and no contact information

Dear Team,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my Ola scooter, which I purchased in March 2023 for approximately ₹1,50,000. Since the time of purchase, the vehicle has experienced repeated breakdowns and technical issues, causing significant inconvenience and distress.

Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have faced extremely poor customer support. Recently, I discovered that the Ola service centre in Udaipur appears to be shut down. However, your official website still shows the centre as operational. Furthermore, the company contact number is not working and there is no alternative contact information available. This has left customers like me without any proper service or warranty support.

The scooter is still within the expected service life and should be covered by warranty and proper after-sales support. However, due to the lack of service availability, repeated breakdowns, and absence of any customer assistance, I have suffered financial loss as well as considerable mental stress.

In view of the above circumstances, I request appropriate compensation of ₹1,50,000 for the defective product and the failure of the company to provide warranty support and service facilities as promised at the time of purchase.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance forums.
