I am writing to follow up on a major delay regarding the service of my Ola S1 Air scooter. My name is Arun Mahato, and my phone number is 8759830202. My vehicle number is WB 26 CA3492.
My scooter has been at the service center located at Dobson Road, Howrah AC Market, Pilkhana, Howrah, West Bengal 711106 for approximately one month. I was informed by the service center executive that the scooter requires a replacement MCA part, which must be shipped from the Bangalore office.
This part was reportedly approved 20 days ago, but it has still not been delivered to the service center.
I have been calling the customer care number every two days, and each time I am simply told that my request is being processed, yet there has been no visible progress.
