I am writing to raise an issue regarding my Ola scooter (MH03EE6684), which I recently had to tow to your service center on 20 december 2025. my scooter is under warranty period
For about 20 days prior to this, I had been trying to get an appointment because my scooter had broken down. Unfortunately, I faced delays as no appointment slots were available. Eventually, I was told to simply bring the scooter in on Saturday and drop it off.
While ola team did accept the vehicle and left it parked outside, I have not received any documentation confirming that it was officially taken in for repair. Nor does my Ola app show any status updates or tracking information about the scooter’s repair progress.
I would like to know who will be responsible if anything happens to the scooter during this time, given that I have no official record or tracking from your side.
