Subject: Repeated Technical Issues with ola Scooter and Lack of Response from OLA Officials

I purchased approximately one year ago. Since the date of purchase, I have been facing continuous and frustrating technical issues, despite multiple part replacements and repeated service interventions.
The most serious and recurring issue has been with the display panel, which continues to malfunction even after being replaced multiple times. This problem persists and severely affects the scooter's performance, safety, and usability.
In addition to the display panel, I have also had to replace or repair several other major components, including:
Battery – recurring performance and charging issues.
MCU Kit (Motor Control Unit) – frequent malfunctions requiring servicing.
Body panels and head panels – which I have already changed due to early wear and damage.
Other key parts – repeatedly failing within the warranty period.
Despite undergoing multiple replacements and repairs, the scooter continues to suffer from new and recurring problems, indicating poor build quality and unreliable component standards.
Furthermore, I have already submitted my complaint through the official OLA website, and have also sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to OLA customer support. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your side. This lack of support has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and loss of trust in the brand.
I am now requesting a complete and permanent resolution to these ongoing issues—either through a full unit replacement or a refund, as covered under your warranty and consume
