I booked the Ola S1X+ scooter online on 5th July 2025 with full payment. At the time of booking, the delivery date was shown as 11th July 2025, but even today, 18th July, I have not received my scooter.
I’ve sent multiple emails asking for delivery updates, but I only receive generic replies like “we are working on it” or “we tried calling but couldn’t connect.” The reality is no one has called me even once. I also shared my alternate number – 7905563974 through mail, but still no response or callback.
What’s more frustrating is that the insurance and registration were already completed on 6th July 2025. It’s now been 13 days since that, and yet there is no sign of the vehicle being delivered.
Looking at how the delivery process is being handled, I’m seriously concerned about how Ola will respond in case of any future issues or service-related complaints. This kind of delay and lack of proper communication is very disappointing.
