I have purchased the new s1x bike on 11 dec 2025 when they deliver the bike that day itself it was not working and they took back on that day after that they are not given me the charger and also they are threatening me we are not giving you the charger I can do want I want to do I am not giving you the service also do what ever you want like that in this case I was suffered very hard by mentally and they are wasting my time and money everyday literally I was waited 38 days but now also they said only that please take a necessary action on them otherwise they are acused many persons mental illness so please take an action.

You need to file a case against the Ola Electric if they are not providing you the services.

You can ask refund of ₹130000/- + Compensation.
