Dear sir,
I have purchased Ola S1Pro Electric Scooter . Previously i have faced many issues due to its Poor Service support. I purchased this vehicle for my Work. Almost Two Months it was in dead condition, even Service booking date was not available through their app.
Now its Charger is not working With in One Year. Few months back its connector got damaged due to Low Manufacturing quality of the Plastic.
Now the entire charger is not working . We contacted the local service centre at Calicut , They are rejecting the warranty claim saying that the Physical damage.
We are facing very difficulties in using this vehicle. Many times we are facing very much difficulties. I herewith attached my Previous Complaint details, but no Jusitce i received from the Court or from the Ola Company. I request you to do the needful to refund the Amount i Have made for this vehicle including Bank Interest and Other Expences which i beared for taking the vehicle to Service centre many times.
THe Amount i Spend during defective condition of this vehicle is as follows:
24KM Dayly travel by Auto will cost 520/- x 60 days = 32606/-
Goods auto charge to carry the vehicle to Service Centre 1500x 3 times= 4500/-
Loan Amount and its Interest will be extra 153417+ Bank Interest @ 16% for Three Years
Ola Charger Cost 10659/- (Today: 24/6/2025)
Compensation for the Mental Fructuations : 50000/-
Total : 317917/-
Complaints faced: Continuous Front Break damage do to Improper design / Manufacturing Defect.
Non Availability to Get Service support when needed. Poor Manufacturing Quality and Design.
More than two months the Vehicle was not drivable and ketp in my office due to this .
I humbly request you to take an action against the Ola Electric company for not providing proper service and for Providing defective products to customers.
