Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Paranjit Vartak, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. regarding the persistent issues with my Ola S1 Air electric scooter and their complete failure to provide timely service or resolution. I had purchased an Ola S1 Air on 19/02/2024 with the assurance of quality performance and after-sales service. However, since 21/08/2025 the vehicle has become completely immobile and is not in usable condition.
I have repeatedly raised complaints through the Ola Electric customer care helpline and mobile application, but despite numerous follow-ups and repeated calls, no proper response, service action, or resolution has been provided till date. The scooter continues to remain immobile at my residence, causing me extreme inconvenience, financial loss, and mental harassment.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., as the company has failed to fulfill its obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
