I had given my ola vehicle MH-18BY3399 for repair from June 1st. The customer care is giving false promises that the ola will be repaired within a week. But no improvement has given to me. Infact the customer care does not answer the query. I had asked to provide me the ola with repairs, but the executive give me that nothing will happen even you complain to respect authorities. I had even mailed 3 times but every time a mail comes written that the executive will contact you shortly.

I am a service provider in IT sector. Every day I have to pay 600 rupees for auto to reach the customer premises and pay the service to desired customer. Many times, due to non-availability of Auto I have to wait many wrong thing are told from customer to me.

Ola persons are not providing any help. They do not have engineers for repairing purpose.

In India can I get result for this cheating or such miss behavior.
