Hello Team,
I bought this Scooter Ola S1X four months ago i.e. on (2nd Aug 2025) and after 1 month of purchasing it started giving so much of issues but the major among them is with charging. The scooter is electric and is unable to charge and I'm not able to use the scooter.
I've visited the service centre multiple times but there's no support from them and later on they've raised complaint for me and acknowledged that there's issue with the product.
They kept ignoring for days saying that there're lot of vehicles in queue so I need to wait for some time and now the situation is that in our city, the service centres and showrooms are closed and the staff just ran away leaving all customers stuck with the issues.
I've also called the customer care helpline but they just say that they've raised the complaint and I'll get some update soon but it's been more than 2 months already and I still didn't get any response from anyone.
We don't know where to go now with this issue. I've spent approx Rs. 1,06,000/- (One Lakh Six Thousand) to buy this product and from past 2 months I'm not able to use/drive it.
The vehicle is completely stuck and not operational
The showrooms and service centres are closed and un operational
This purchasing amount is total loss to me and there're many others customer here with similar problems.
I formally wants to write a complaint against this company Ola Electric (Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd.)
Please help me with this matter.
