I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service experience at Ola Service Centre. My Ola S1 Air has been lying at the service centre for over 100 days, and till date, there has been no proper update on the repair status.

Each time I contact the service centre, I am told that the required part is not available, and the issue remains unresolved. Your customer care team is also completely unhelpful — they have no information or updates about my vehicle’s status.

This level of service is unacceptable and shows complete negligence towards customers. It feels like Ola Electric is misleading and harassing middle-class customers, with no accountability or escalation system in place.

I request immediate action and resolution of my case, along with a clear timeline for when my scooter will be repaired and returned. If no prompt action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer court and social media platforms.
