I have been trying to get my ola s1 pro repaired and picked up from almost 2 months now, but their system is so flawed that I am just getting assurances but no action. I have tried everything - registering on the app, calling them even mails have no effect on these people.
I had paid extra money to buy their premium care services plan but still this is how they treat their customers. There is no direct line to call them or connect to them, no escalation I can do, their app is pathetic and controlled by auto generative texts that solve nothing.
