I delivered my Ola Bike in the end of January for an issue as the bike wasn’t starting. They charge me 3000rs for the pick up and then dumped my scooter outside the service centre for more than 2 weeks. I visited the service centre as I didn’t get any call or reply after repeated mails and complaints to customer care. I found my bike lying in a pile of dirt outside untouched. If they can’t repair it on time they shouldn’t accept the bike as now after more than 2 months other issues are bound to arise due to non usage. They still don’t respond to calls or emails with any answer. The customer care lodge a call back only for the call to ring and get disconnected every time.
I’m mentally harassed and tired of this situation. I have to travel everyday by car even though there is a problem of fuel. The ceo mentions to end ice age but his company won’t let us.
I’m typing this with disgust as This is the first time I have put multiple complaints to a company and feel useless as they care a damn.
