I purchased my electric scooter from Ola Electric on 14-01-2025, and within one year it developed a serious hub motor issue. I submitted the scooter to the authorized service center at Satpur, Nashik on 09-08-2025, but even after several months there has been no repair, no proper update, and no clear delivery timeline. The service centre remained closed for days, calls were ignored, and staff behaviour was unprofessional. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, my vehicle remains unrepaired, causing financial loss, mental stress, and extreme inconvenience. This is clear deficiency in service and unfair treatment, for which I seek refund, compensation, and appropriate action.
