I, Rupali Shirodkar, My complain is regarding the service as my Ola Electric scooter is lying as service center for more then 3 month pass.

I had purchased the ola electric Scooter in 2022 , after that there was minor issue in scooter mean auto restart and l, on 9th Jan 2026 it suddenly stop while driving in center of the highway,

I tried to start it but it total loss the all function, that day i left it at the side of road and booked taxi and come back to home as its late night i don't able to raise ticket , very next day i raise my issue through ola app, and got call form Pernem Goa service center to bring the scooter at there center, than I arrange pickup with my own funding and kept at the service center,

I tried may time to check the scooter repair status but the service center of Pernem North Goa was closed every time . then suddenly I got msg saying that your Bike is taking to Verna Center at South Goa

And Now till date it was lying at Service center NO JOB card, noting is issue.

The Ola Electric Scooter is doing completely scam with the common people
