I placed my scooty for service on 23 Aug 2025 for inoperative display including inability to charge it at Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
I recieved the call after 2 weeks from service engineer stating its an issue due to deep battery discharge and i was promised an immediate service and delivery ( within 4-5 days) if i m willing to pay for the new battery worth approx 46 k.
I accepted the terms and agreed to pay the amount.Now till today ie: 16 Oct 2025 i neither got my scooty nor any proper updates.
Concerned person sanchay sharma ,mob no 7006222540.
It's really pathetic to see the service ola is providing.
I hope i could get an immediate from this forum.
