Hi,My scooter's throttle function is not working for past 2 months.
-1st Jun'25:I Paid for OLACARE+ on 1st Jun'25.
-5th Jun: I logged a call with the call center . Ticket No is 08453293
-7th Jun: I received a call from OLA local Center . Person name Saurab. He asked me to share the CarePlan details which i did on Whatsapp. He told me that the scooter need to be transported to the repair center hence they have arranged a pickup. He said within 4 days my scooter will be pickedup.
-7th June till today 24th June: This pickup has not happened. Even Saurab is not responding to my whatsapp messages.
-Inbetween on 21st Jun: I visited the Ola center and asked for Saurab. All denied that Saurab is not working at the center (maybe they are telling me lie). So I asked who this mystery man was then. The person (who seems to be) in-charge denied any service to my scooter until and unless it is brought to the service center. I asked him how to get the scooter picked up and he flatly denied saying he can't help.I got frustrated with his reply. It seems from his reply that he is not working for OLA at all hence not ready to assist unless the scooter is delivered to the center.
-I am fed up calling the call center as they are of no use other than just logging tickets and saying SORRY for the inconvenience.
Please investigate, fix and let me use my scooter .
