Subject: Complaint regarding defective vehicle part and negligence by OLA Electric
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, the undersigned, want to file this complaint against OLA Electric for selling a defective vehicle and not providing proper support even after repeated follow-ups.
I have been continuously contacting OLA Electric for the replacement of the front fork, which has been faulty for many months.
Due to weak and faulty fork, the scooter’s front body area and display part have been damaged.
Despite raising service request multiple times, the company has not arranged the replacement part.
Their delay and negligence is causing:
✔ Risk of accident due to unstable front fork
✔ Vehicle unusable condition
✔ Extra expenses of repairing body and display
✔ Mental frustration
This is complete violation of consumer rights.
Because of delayed action and defective part:
I clearly state that if any accident or injury happens due to faulty fork, OLA will be fully responsible.

Complaint Description
I have been continuously contacting OLA Electric for the replacement of the front fork, which has been faulty for many months.
Due to weak and faulty fork, the scooter’s front body area and display part have been damaged.
Despite raising service request multiple times, the company has not arranged the replacement part.
Their delay and negligence is causing:

✔ Mental frustration
This is complete violation of consumer rights.
Negligence & Risk
Because of delayed action and defective part:
- There is a high chance of accident
- Rider’s physical safety is at risk
- Company cannot deny responsibility in case of mishap
I clearly state that if any accident or injury happens due to faulty fork, OLA will be fully responsible.
As per Consumer Protection Act, 2019 I demand:
- Replacement of complete front fork assembly
- Replacement of display panel and damaged body parts caused due to fork defect
- Refund / compensation for mental harassment
- Action against negligence of OLA service team
