I mahaveer Arun jumnal have purchased Ola electric s1 pro in the year April 2023 and first two year there was not even one problem in the scooterbit after in the third year I started facing problem every month I took to service center several times the problem solved that too keeping my scooter for 30 to 40 days at the service center and after all these I faced battery issues again I complained regarding this online customer care several times but no use the log a complaint and doesn't follow up it and at the service center the manager raised the ticket and assured me to solve the problem as soon as possible ticket no is 09653042 and I am unable to complain again as the ticket is open for the previous issues so now I am facing front brake and battery average issues and now in our city service center is closed and my problem is still Un resolved so please register my complaint
