Visited Ola Electric technologies, Amrapali shoping Centre, Sardar Patel ring road, Amli, Ahmedabad, Gujrat 380058 for the quotation and discussion. Met Mr Mohisin Mobile no 7096813863 in above mentioned address.

Sh Mohisin_OLA has provided quotation of Rs 1,17,426.00.

When pointed out by me, OLA representative has provided another quotation of 117341.0 in which FAME subsidy of Rs 5000/- was subtracted from Rs 120843.0 making it Rs 117341.0 (wrong total along with Differing amount from previous one).

Before booking, OLA representative told about OLA mobile app and downloaded app on my mobile on same day ie 25 Jul 2025. After that, he has done all moves on mobile app asking OTP from me came at my mobile no. ( Because he was better aware of requirement of booking and other related proceedings).

After booking of electric scooter, OLA has provided only acknowledgement type receipt amounting Rs 1,12,292/- for the money transection.

From 25 Jul 2025 to 14 Aug 2025, OLA troubled many times with document uploading failed text message (19 times). In addition, some phone calls suggesting to manipulating the document size etc. finally it came their s/w issue and things resolved with help of Sh Mihisin.
Communicated with OLA representative Sh Mohisin whatsup chat many times for delivery along with requirement of valid receipts and accessories which was promised before and after booking, like two helmets etc. We felt their response was mostly delaying and future promising, not executing.


After repeated attempts, OLA agreed to deliver the vehicle on 24 Sep 2025, after 2:00 afternoon

OLA (Delivery person Sh Mijan, mobile no 9316123597) delivered Vehicle on 24 Sep 2025 nearly 4:00 evening. No delivery challan given to me for sign.

When enquiring about delivery challan to sign at the time of delivery, response was surprising to me. I have being told that Mr Mohisin has already done that.

Regarding charger at the time of delivery, it was giving red light all the time during demo. OLA person pointing towards red light shown in the charger and tried to convince me by saying it is is working ok. Anyhow, delivery done without challan. I had asked for classified receipts during delivery, OLA promised to give it very soon. Promised to send it in 30 minutes on Whatsup msg, but again same no response after.

After taking delivery without documents and accessories on 24 Sep 2025, we started using vehicle lightly for couple of days until there is need of charging.

For 1-2 days, hoping it may be a simple problem and can be resolved simply. However, poor OLA response followed by their compulsion to bring new vehicle to service station for charger defect, made me to think cheated. We felt it might be again another tactics to cover their fault under the name of service. I have not used vehicle even for “one full charge” and why service is required. Simply for defected charger given by OLA? Therefore, I have taken photo of not-working charger on 22 Oct 2025.

I have communicated to OLA representative at the centre from where I have purchased the scoter, again visited to the centre (Now it is closed), told my problem. Representative at the centre Sh Mijan (also was deliveryman for my OLA electric scooter) has given alternate old charger to me for few hours, as it provided me a temporary solution.

When asked strongly for the receipt on whatsup msg on 23 Oct 2025 (Vehicle booked on 25 Jul 2025). Mr Mohisin has send me four pdfs, looks like receipts. The total of all the receipts was not summing up to amount I have paid (1,12,292.00). In addition, charger’s warranty card was not provided to me as well. Only telling that that is on the OLA app (managed by OLA).


Since OLA is losing its credibility with their response and they fail to deliver flawless scooter in the beginning itself. Moreover, We are losing trust, therefore want to cancel the deal followed by my money back with compensation for my repeated mental torture.

Please download the document and follow steps.

1) Enter Password to open (Check WhatsApp).
2) Take Printout of all documents.
3) Notarize the Affidavit.
4) Sign all the documents. (View Video for Reference)


5) Scan all the documents.
6) Create an account on E-Jagriti portal.
7) Submit new case.
8) Upload the documents on E-Jagriti portal.
9) Pay the court/processing fee.
