Subject: Complaint against Ola Electric for non-receipt of charger refund and mental harassment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Viren kishorkumar khatri, currently residing at Deesa, Gujarat, wish to file this complaint against Ola Electric regarding the non-receipt of my charger refund amount despite repeated follow-ups.

1. Facts of the Case:

- I had purchased an Ola Electric scooter from:
5/6, Tonk Road, Opposite Sitabari, Kalyan Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302029

- At the time of purchase, I was residing in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

- Currently, I am residing in Deesa, Gujarat.

- I became eligible for a charger refund of ₹15,000.

- The company informed me that the refund was processed on 30 October 2023, with the following reference number:
tx-811085213301023-CB66

- However, till date, the refund amount has not been credited to my bank account.

- I have made more than 10 complaints via calls and emails to the company.

- Every time, I receive the same response:
“Your refund amount has been successfully processed…”

- Despite this, no actual credit has been received, nor has any proper resolution been provided.

2. Deficiency in Service & Unfair Trade Practice:

The conduct of Ola Electric amounts to:

- Clear deficiency in service
- Negligence in addressing customer grievance
- Unfair trade practice by falsely claiming refund completion
- Causing unnecessary mental harassment and financial loss

3. Impact on Me:

- Financial loss of ₹15,000
- Mental stress and harassment for more than 1.5 years
- Continuous follow-ups with no resolution
- Loss of time, effort, and trust

4. Relief Sought:

I respectfully request this Hon’ble Commission to:

1. Direct Ola Electric to immediately credit ₹15,000 to my bank account.

2. Award compensation of ₹75,000 for:

- Mental harassment
- Deficiency in service
- Long delay and negligence

3. Direct payment of interest @12% per annum on ₹15,000 from 30 October 2023 till actual realization.

4. Grant litigation costs of ₹10,000.

5. Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.

- The purchase was made in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and
- The complainant currently resides in Deesa, Gujarat
