If we buy a scooter from Ola, it belongs to us—the customer—so we should have full control over it; however, the company still retains control. Ola administrators can remotely shut down the scooter at any time, regardless of where we are; the vehicle suddenly stops in the middle of the road. Furthermore, when calling their customer care, one has to wait 15–20 minutes before the call is answered. We are also forced to take the vehicle to a service center to get any issue resolved; if we are 10–20 km away, how are we supposed to transport a dead scooter there? Please take strict action against Ola Electric; it is not a good company, and its service is terrible.
