A FRAUD COMPANY
My experience with Livspace has been disappointing. Initially, they were very responsive and polite before I placed my order. However, once the advance was paid, the level of service drastically dropped. Communication became poor, and I felt that my concerns were not being addressed.
Livspace gives false commitments related to refund. Since last 3 months- i am just getting an update, the refund would be credited in next 8-10 days. Now it is more than 3 months - i have not received any refund and no one from livspace is responding to calls, messages and emails.
I urge others to be cautious when considering placing orders with them. Based on my experience, it may be a better idea to support local or smaller interior designers who are more personally invested in delivering quality service.
I hope this feedback helps others make more informed decisions.
