Dear Sir
I have ordered MSI thin a 15 AMD ryzen 5 heax core 7535hs 16gb/512 gb ssd laptop on 26 Nov 2025 received but there is touch mouse pad issue with this laptop for that i have placed replacement for that product which took more than 15 days to get it replace because of technician visit which was not happen at that time and team has support to get it replaced without any visit . but in 2nd replacement laptop again i found the defect with the joint in hinge of laptop there is body defected. i have to again make a replacement of that product because of that issue. I received the 2nd replacement of a laptop which is having a defect in the body delivered on 13dec 2025 which is again a replacement on 14 DEC 2025 . and today is 02/01/2026 there is no help provided . no technician has visited yet and flipkart also has not refunded my amount . Please refund my amount in my bank account .Sorry to say that flipkart service is getting low these days. This kind of behaviour with a flipkartplus silver (premium member) then a normal member facing an issue . I have ordered the laptop from flipkart site with onsite 2 years warranty. But it's a big question for flipkart to tie up with these kinds of companies who are not customer oriented, only money minded . It's flipkart's responsibility to get my amount refunded .
AS my rights as a consumer in India to demand redressal under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
