Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to inform you about the poor and unsafe installation service provided by your Agoan team and the continued unprofessional and negligent behavior despite repeated complaints regarding my recently purchased air conditioner from *Agaon Electronics,Sirsi Road, Jaipur (Invoice No: SRM/26-27/0083 dated 14-04-2026)*.
During installation on 17-04-2026, the* technician mishandled the outdoor unit, causing it to fall*, which was a serious safety lapse. Although the unit was replaced on 20-04-2026, the same technician was reassigned and failed to improve despite multiple requests, continuing with negligent conduct.
He refused to use the previously purchased stand, insisted on buying a new one, and still did not install it properly. He also demanded extra charges without any bill. During an ongoing discussion with your team (Mr. Manoj), *he disconnected the AC without consent and left abruptly*, causing significant inconvenience and distress.
The installation was completed only late the next day after repeated follow-ups, and even then, payment was forced for sub standard items before reconnection, leaving us with no option.
Key unresolved *concerns*:
Unsafe and improper installation.
Used copper pipe provided instead of new (as billed)
Drain pipe installed in multiple joints instead of a single length
This entire experience has been highly stressful, especially as a senior citizen, and reflects very poor service standards.
I request immediate *action *to:
1. Ensure proper and safe re-installation
2. Verify/replace substandard materials
3. Refund unauthorized charges
4. Take strict action against responsible personnel
Such conduct is* negatively impacting the reputation of your esteemed organization*. Supporting evidence (recordings,messages, photos, etc.) can be shared which have been preserved for any necessary legal action ,if required
