I have ordered the item on 9th June 2025 , i have paid online , the estimated delivery was showing 11th of June 2025 , on 11th june it again extended to 12th June then on 12th june it showed 16th june like that it was extending delivery day each time , i had called support team but no one is resolving issue , they are just saying we will forward your concern to team , on 20th of June team confirmed me we will cancel your order and in 24-48 hours you will receive my money , today on 24th June also the status is "Item will be deliver to your by 28th of June" and no one is helping or resolving the issue.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Nykaa, clearly outlining your concerns that you have not received the refund nor product even after 1 month, also mention all the previous details and support ticket number issued by the Customer Care team, and requesting to refund the amount.
