I'm writing to express my disappointment with the poor service provided by COWA Cable Network, operated by Sri Sandeep. I've been a subscriber for a long time, paying ₹320/month in advance, but their service has been unsatisfactory.
Issue: TV programs weren't broadcast on Saturday, 22nd Nov 2025, at 7:30 PM, and remain unavailable. Despite multiple calls on 23rd and 24th Nov, Sri Sandeep only responded once, promised a fix, but didn't follow through. His phone is often switched off, and my wife and I have faced significant mental distress, ruining our weekend.
I request you to take appropriate action against Sri Sandeep for negligence, non-response, and failure to deliver the services I've paid for.
