I have packed a parcel to punjab one month back. I tracked the order and it said the parcel has been received to the received to the receiver to whom I have sent. Later I asked about the receiver whether the parcel reached you are not , he said he had not received any parcel and even he asked nearby households where they also said the same. I asked the courier partners from Nov 6th till today but they are not responding well and i didn’t even get the DRS form of received parcel. I also mentioned the wrong address on tracking but did not get any response. Please help me with this situation !!
