Sir,
I have purchased a water purifier from urban company through flipkart and it is installed on 19 may 2026 from then it is not working properly and solenoid is damaged on the same day urban company saw the problem in vedio call and assign service person to look into it but the service person tried to repair the product which is a new product and I have not purchased a second hand product or defective product why I have to repair the product when the product is not worked for one hour also and I am asking for replacement or refund but both flipkart and urban company is harassing me to repair the product as it falls less than 10 days of receiving there is a chance for replacement or refund I am here with attaching the mail from urban company and invoice and also the part send to me
