am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recurring cooling issue with my AC, which I have been experiencing for the past 1.5 years. Despite multiple visits by Jeeves technicians, and replacement of several parts, the issue continues to persist. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of a permanent solution to this ongoing problem.
To provide a detailed account:
Over the last 1.5 years, I have repeatedly contacted Jeeves for repairs related to the cooling issue in my AC.
Every time a technician visits, they seem to resolve the issue temporarily, but within a day or two, the same problem reoccurs.
The technicians have replaced several parts on different occasions, yet the problem remains unresolved.
Despite my product being under warranty, I have been charged for these repairs every single time, which I believe is unjust, given the warranty coverage.
Two days ago, the technician took my AC to the workshop, claiming to have addressed the issue, but once it was reinstalled, I noticed the same cooling issue the very next day.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the repeated failure to provide a lasting solution and the ongoing charges for a service that is supposed to be covered under the warranty. The constant follow-ups and temporary fixes have caused a great deal of inconvenience, and I am now seeking immediate and effective action.
