Not receiving order and no refund policy

I placed an order on JioMart, but I have neither received the delivery nor been able to cancel the order successfully. Whenever I try to cancel the order through the app, it shows “Failed to Cancel.”
This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment. The amount has already been paid, yet the order is neither being delivered nor cancelled with refund initiation.

I request you to immediately:
Cancel the order successfully, and
Refund the full amount to my original payment method without delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may be compelled to file a complaint before the Consumer Court/National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.
Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
