Dear Amazon Customer Support,
I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the cancellation of my order, which was placed on 24 May.
My order was cancelled without my consent, and I have not been provided with any valid reason for the cancellation. I have been waiting for the product since 24 May, and despite the long delay, the order was cancelled instead of being delivered. This is completely unacceptable.
Because of Amazon's failure to fulfill the order, I have incurred financial losses, including interest charges and payment processing charges, along with unnecessary inconvenience and loss of time. The cancellation was not initiated by me, and I should not bear any financial burden for Amazon's failure to deliver the product.
Therefore, I request the following:
A written explanation for why my order was cancelled without my consent.
Reimbursement of all interest and payment processing charges incurred by me.
Appropriate compensation for the delay, inconvenience, and failure to fulfill the order.
A prompt resolution of this matter.
If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable time, I will have no option but to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities and seek compensation for the financial loss and deficiency in service.
I expect your prompt response and a fair resolution.

Pls find the account statement and card details where I have incur almost 2000 loss i need compensation at all . everyone have value for time .

Pls priority this mail on exceptional basis as it's matter of cibil score as well as statement will get generate within a week .Since the day I placed the order, I waited for its delivery. During this entire period, the Amazon website/app did not even display proper tracking details, leaving me completely unaware of the actual status of my shipment. After keeping me waiting for so long, the order was simply cancelled.
What is even more concerning is that Amazon customer support representatives assured me that I would receive full compensation, including reimbursement of the interest and card-related charges, since the order was not delivered on time. Based on these assurances, I continued to wait. However, no such compensation has been provided. This gives the impression that customers are being misled with false assurances instead of receiving a genuine resolution.
I fail to understand why I should bear additional costs such as interest or card processing charges when I never received the product. The delay and cancellation were entirely due to Amazon's failure to fulfill the order, not because of any action on my part.
