I ordered a kurta from flipkart order no OD437926666042754100
Size was small so i requested in app for an exchange, then i went outside of the city but regularly asking my family that is anyone came for exchange, neither i has any call. Today I called costumer support of flipkart they are saying sorry sir it is too late for any exchange or complaint, I said this is not my fault i clicked for exchange on the same day of delivery. They pushed my call on hold but not helped. Also the app is showing return completed, so rather then punishing the person who did fake exchange they are denying me for any help. Pls do the needful
