Sorry to say that the services of Morning Star Travels are pathetic. On 21.05.2026 my wife booked seat in Morning Star Travels through Make My Trip received message as

We waited at boarding point since 10:30PM for bus. The first bus, AP39TA1879 from Morning Star came at 23:40Hrs and stopped at exact boarding point and my wife checked in the vehicle. But the driver said this is not your bus reserved and another bus will come. So, my wife step down and waited for second bus. The 2nd bus also came, but even we were tried holding the bus by hand showing, the driver not stopped at boarding point and neglected. Rash driving of driver. We tried to catch the bus at next stage. But the driver not stopped. Surprisingly, no one called the passenger who reserved. We ran behind the vehicle to stop the bus. But no use. This is customer sevice providing by Morning Star. Finally we stood for bus at Gachibowli flyover for 2hrs and catch one bus and paid 1000/- again. Is this make my trip? Very very pathetic. It's our mistake to select Morning Star Travels. However, kindly refund my ticket fare.
