Not got refund from DOMINO'S

On 5th January 2025, i scheduled my domino's order for 4pm,but the day ended and I didn't recieved my order, i submitted complaint via virtual assistant bot,after 24 hr i didn't recieved any call from DOMINO'S, then i wrote it to their respective email address they said to fill the form with complaint, after 24 hrs received call from dominoes asking confirmation for my refund, it's been more than 72 hrs since i called me yet i didn't received my refund amount
