I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my new Jio Fiber connection request and the poor service experience I have faced.
I registered for a new Jio Fiber connection through the app on 28.04.2026. On 29.04.2026, I received a message stating that your representative, Mr. Kirankumar R (Mob: 9280091719), would contact me for further process.
He contacted me, requested my location via WhatsApp, and confirmed that the connection was feasible. He also visited my residence on the same day, checked the nearby pole, and assured that the connection could be provided. Based on this confirmation, the KYC process was completed, and I have paid Rs. 2824 on 30.04.2026 My Jio fiber number is 7358808412.
However, on the next day, a technician visited and informed me that the connection cannot be provided at my location. Since then, I have been continuously following up with Mr. Kirankumar, but I am not receiving a proper response from him. We tired of connect with him through phone but he didn't pick my call.
I have also contacted the Jio customer care multiple times, but each time I am only being told that the issue will be resolved, with no actual action taken. No one has visited my residence again, and my issue remains unresolved.
I am extremely disappointed with the false assurance given before payment and the lack of proper response from your team. It makes me stressed.
Take appropriate action regarding the misleading information provided by your representative.
