One guy from Airtel called for Airtel fiber but when the technician arrived at my place they said the tower is blocked here so it's not possible to install here, after that I asked for refund.The guy said it will come in 2-3 days but it didn't came after a week. I called him again but he said it may take 12 days. Now it has been more than 15 days and the guy is not responding to my call and messages. I tried to complain on Airtel thanks app but there is no option for this. Hoping I will get the help sooner I am complaining here

I'm using Airtel DTH which was recovered by Airtel dealer in November 2024 where the balance was 1286 and they confirmed that the amount will get refunded after the hardware recovery. but the account was active and tried reaching out to Airtel customer care multiple times and they confirmed i will receive refund in 3 months.
