I have been order KFC through their application and I cancelled the same time. All these are happens on April 7th.I called their hotline number 080-42754444 and different people are attending the calls and not giving any updates. They informed me amount will reflect within 7 days but until this time no messages no mails and no money has been received. They are playing drama and cooking up different stories to convince me. All their calls are recorded. please help for the refund and take the necessary action against their fraud activity. My lost amount is 931 INR.
