I am writing to inquire about the status of my order for the Lloyd 2026 Model 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC from Flipkart. I placed the order on April 29th and have been waiting for delivery. However, the order has not been delivered as of May 14th.
The expected delivery date is May 8th, but the delivery agent has not arrived yet. The agent has informed me that I need to reschedule the delivery, but I am unable to find any options to do so on the Flipkart application.
I have contacted the support executive daily from May 8th to May 14th, but I have only received a response from our back-end team working. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the resolution of this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible.
Additionally, I would like to inquire about the installation of the air conditioning unit in the gynecology hospital. The unit has been scheduled for installation in a designated room, but it has not yet been available due to patient complaints. As a result, I have incurred daily charges of 1000 Rupees for the use of the air conditioning room. Therefore, I kindly request an update on the progress of the installation and a waiver of the compensation charges.
Loss Of Total Amount- 24,737 + 6000 Rupees of Room didn’t allocated
