Not delivered my product and said that buy it again with higher price

I will buy a asus vivobook go 15 laptop from Amazon which is about approx 38000 thousand rupees and after applying my bank offer this product price reduce by 6000 thousand rupees and it will delivered today at my address but at the time of delivery Amazon will show me that product is damaged. I will call Amazon customer care center for my product but they said that i will refund you and you can place your order again but not my bank offer is not valid and not this product is approx 36500 thousand rupees. I said that you will delivered my damaged product or replace it by new but Amazon said that it's not possible. I'm sure that Amazon will not delivered my product intentionally because in offer that product is much cheaper and they willing that i purchase it by higher price. I want my product back
