I have assigned Interior design work to M/s.DECORPOT for my 3 BHK interiors .
The details are given below.

Still today they have not finished the work and for completing the work DECORPOT is planning to dispatch the missing materials tentatively by 28th of June which is not as per agreed terms.
Due to this I have incurred loss of money and valuable time as well by following up on daily basis and going to the site for supervision.

We understand that the DECORPOT has not completed your work, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the DECORPOT, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and complete the work as per the agreement. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
