Subject: Complaint regarding failure to cancel COD order, poor customer support, and unfair customer service by Littlebox
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Littlebox due to their extremely poor customer service and failure to resolve my issue regarding my order cancellation.
I placed an order on Littlebox through the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. After placing the order, I decided that I no longer wanted to purchase the product and immediately tried to cancel my order. However, despite repeated attempts, their customer support team has not provided any proper assistance or solution.
The company’s support service is extremely unresponsive and they are not helping me cancel my order. They are stating that the order cannot be cancelled after dispatch and that even after delivery, the product cannot be returned or refunded. This is creating an unfair situation for a customer, especially when the payment mode is COD and no payment has been made yet.
I am being forced to accept a product that I clearly do not want. A customer should have proper support and a reasonable cancellation process. The company is failing to provide satisfactory customer service and is ignoring my genuine concern.
I have tried contacting their support team multiple times, but there has been no proper response or resolution. This kind of service causes inconvenience and frustration to customers.
I request the Consumer Court to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against Littlebox for:
1. Not providing proper customer support.
2. Not allowing cancellation of a COD order despite the customer’s request.
3. Creating unfair conditions regarding cancellation, return, and refund.
4. Causing unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment to the customer.
I request you to please help me get my order cancelled and ensure that such practices are addressed so that other customers do not face the same issue.
