I ordered these chocolates from blink it and the payment was done still order was not placed and then they said refund will be given by 2 sept 2026 aa said in 3 to 5 working days but then on 2nd sept they changed the date to 6 sept 2026 and when i am trying to reach the help and support team only AI generated questions are available my compliant is not even considered then i sent an email regarding the same they said to contact the bank but the refund is not initiated and i am not even able to reach this is causing me extreme frustration and inconvenience
