Subject: Complaint Against Lenskart for Non-Return of Customer Frame.
I am filing a complaint against Lenskart regarding my eyeglass frame submitted for lens replacement.
On 09 May 2026, I submitted my personal eyeglass frame at the Lenskart store for lens replacement and placed an order accordingly. The order was subsequently cancelled on 20 May 2026.
However, despite the cancellation, my frame has not been returned to me. Since 20 May 2026, I have repeatedly contacted the store and attempted to reach customer care. The store staff have informed me that the frame is not in their possession and have only stated that a ticket has been raised. The customer care numbers available publicly are either invalid or unreachable, and my email communication has not received any meaningful response.
My frame is my personal property and has remained unreturned for an unreasonable period. The lack of communication and failure to return the frame has caused inconvenience and mental distress.
I request that Lenskart immediately:
Trace and return my frame in the same condition in which it was submitted, or
Provide appropriate compensation if the frame has been lost or damaged.
I also request action regarding the deficiency in service and failure to provide proper customer support.
