My son, Pratik (PSID No. 00018073605), was enrolled at Aakash Institute. His batch was scheduled to commence in April. However, due to medical reasons, he was unable to continue the course and therefore we decided to withdraw his admission before attending classes.

Accordingly, I submitted a refund request to Aakash Institute in January 2025 for the fee amount of approximately ₹75,000.

On 29 January 2025, Aakash Institute acknowledged my refund request through email and informed me that the refund would be processed within 45 working days as per company policy. Despite the expiry of the stated timeline and repeated follow-ups, the refund has not been credited to my account.

Several months have passed since the submission of the refund request, yet neither has the refund been processed nor has any satisfactory explanation been provided for the delay. This has caused financial hardship and mental stress to my family

I request the concerned authority to intervene and direct Aakash Institute to process the refund immediately and take appropriate action for the deficiency in service.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to care@aesl.in outlining your issue, including admission details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund within 7 days.

Step: 2 - Offline
You can also send Legal Notice via registered post at AAKASH INSTITUTE Head Office.
