I placed an order for KFC chicken worth ₹818.96 from the Kadugodi outlet on 12 August 2026. The order was not delivered even after 1.5 hours, so I cancelled it. However, the refund has not been credited till date. I contacted customer care several times, and every time they raised a complaint and asked me to wait 10–12 hours, but no refund was received. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair delay. I request immediate refund of ₹818 and compensation for the harassment caused.
